staff which had successfully worked together for more than twelve
years at Terry Bilkey’s former consulting firm.

Terry Bilkey, CFA, has
worked for more than twenty years in the investment consulting
business. Butcher & Singer’s
Fiduciary Consulting Group, the first company with which he consulted,
was one of the initial consulting firms to emerge from the ERISA
Act of 1974. Terry became Partner of the successor firm, where he
managed more than 50 client relationships that included corporate,
endowment, and hospital funds, along with
investments of high net worth individuals. Terry also worked at Advanced
Investment Management in Pittsburgh, developing a new product, a
fund-of-funds hedge fund program. Terry currently is a Board Member
of the Blood Science Foundation in Pittsburgh, has served as an expert
witness, has been published numerous times in various industry publications,
and is often asked to be a guest speaker at various industry events.

Jerry
Katz, CFA, also
started at Butcher & Singer’s
Fiduciary Consulting Group and spent the rest of his fifteen years
in the consulting business at Terry Bilkey’s former
firm. As a Senior Consultant, he managed more than 35
client relationships, including corporate, endowment,
health care and Taft-Hartley funds. Jerry subsequently
worked on the Plan Sponsor side at DQE (Duquesne Light)
as General Manager-Trust Investments & Risk Management
and oversaw DQE’s Pension, Black Lung, Nuclear Decommissioning
Trust, and 401(k) Plans.

Duda, CFA, CAIA, was formerly the Manager of Investor Relations & Trust Investments for Duquesne Light Company, where he had investment oversight of over $1 billion of qualified plan assets, including the Pension, Black Lung, and 401(k) Plans. Darrin has a broad-based investment background, including portfolio management, investment consulting, and as a plan sponsor. He also worked as a Senior Consultant at Yanni Partners and as a general financial consultant to Gateway Health Plan, L.P.

J. Bertan also
began her consulting career with the Fiduciary Consulting
Group, working closely with Terry and Jerry in various capacities,
including Associate Consultant. Subsequently, she was employed as
a Trust Officer at PNC Corporation in its 401(k) administration department,
and worked as an independent contractor for small financial services
organizations. Elda is the Firm's Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for BilkeyKatz’s day-to-day
operations and quality control.
